One of the cheeky advantages to having a fairly long engagement is that sometimes little gifts arrive out of nowhere! A while ago I came home to a package from my dear friends Beth and Mitch -of Horselove fame, who sent us this lovely antique print, entitled 'Birds of New York'. It's a nice visual reminder that wedding bells are not too far away (eep!) and hopefully New York will follow sometime after that!
I got to catch up with these guys way too briefly at Semi-Permanent last month. They're tentatively making their own wedding and travel plans, and also about to put out a new collection. Keep an eye on their website for delicious new sweaters and other adorable pieces.
What a beautiful and thoughtful gift. Its funny but I think I would know what to gift to bloggy friends more accurately than family sometimes. I need to get better at asking more questions about what people are doing in their spare time, reading and listening to I think :)
